Senior School part-time Laboratory Technician role
Oxford Falls Grammar School seeks an enthusiastic and energetic person with suitable experience and an interest in Science for the above position. Good communication and computer skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team are essential requirements. The role is four days per week, 39 weeks a year. Applicants must be available to work Mondays and Tuesdays.
The role involves a variety of responsibilities including:
- Preparation of equipment for practical classes including handling and preparing chemicals and biological matter
- Assisting teachers in setting up demonstration apparatus
- Management of stock and ordering
The successful applicant for this position will be a self-motivated ‘people person’; well organised and willing to enthusiastically support the school’s Christian mission and be involved in the wider life of the of School.
