Learn about our School
Parents considering enrolling their child at OFGS can review our information pack below. Our information pack includes the Enrolment Application Form, Schedule of Fees and Enrolment Policies.
The best way to experience OFGS is on a school tour.
Submit an Application
Please check the Entry Years Enrolment availability before submitting an Application Form to be placed on our waiting list. An application fee of $110 needs to accompany the completed form. Online payment of the application fee can be made here.
Please post or email through the application form to the Registrar Registrar@ofgs.nsw.edu.au
Accept an Offer
The school will contact you if and when a position becomes available. Both parents and child will meet with either the Registrar, Head of Senior School or Junior School before a placement is confirmed. All enrolment applicants will sit an entrance test to cater for each child’s academic ability.
Once an interview has been conducted, successful enrolment applicants are sent a written Offer of Enrolment. If you choose to accept our offer, a non-refundable enrolment fee of $300 and a refundable bond is paid (See Fee Schedule for current bond amounts). Your child’s enrolment at Oxford Falls Grammar School is then confirmed.
Book a Tour
In light of the current and changing circumstances surrounding Covid-19, OFGS school tours are now limited to prospective parents and children for 2021/2022 enrolments only. Personalised family tours for enrolments beyond 2022 will commence again in Term 1 2021. Please contact our Registrar, Mrs Kim Rooke, for more information and all enrolment enquiries on firstname.lastname@example.org or 8978 0500.

If you have any questions about enrolling your child please contact our Registrar on email@example.com or call 8978 0500.
Whole School Tours
These tours give prospective parents the opportunity to experience our Senior and Junior School facilities and see our students in their learning environment. A whole school tour is held twice a term, please book your place below.
Tailored Kindergarten and Junior School Tours
Our Tailored Kindergarten Tours enable you to meet our Kindergarten teachers and see the Kindergarten classrooms in action. OFGS believes in a holistic education from Kindergarten through to Year 12, so the tour starts in our Pringle Theatre giving you a glimpse of our Senior School campus before moving into the Junior School. Please book your place below.
Already visited OFGS on a tour?
As our school tours book out very quickly, we ask that you limit your visit to one tour only. Should your child be offered a place, you will be offered another tour during the interview stage, at which time you are welcome to invite other members of your family.
