State Level Junior Golf 2-3 May 2017 - Congratulations to Heather Garrett (Year 8)  for winning the Major Prize as Girls Nett Overall Champion (Years 7,8 &9) for the NSW All Schools  Junior Girls Championship. She won by one shot (13 under her handicap over 36 holes).

OFGS had a fabulous CSSA State Swimming Carnival Here are some of the results: OFGS scored the highest amount of points on the day (the second placed school was over 100 points behind). Kai Lilienthal, Jaya Lilienthal and Matthew Harris all were awarded age champions for the day <!--

Welcome to the new Principal

On behalf of the Board of Directors, it gives us great pleasure to welcome Dr Peter Downey as our new Principal. Dr Downey has extensive experience in independent education, having worked for over thirty years in schools on Sydney's northern beaches. Dr Downey began his career at Peninsula Grammar School in Warriewood, before moving to St Luke’s Grammar School in Dee Why. With a background as a teacher of English, History and Christian Studies, Dr Downey has also served as Tutor, Year Coordinator, Director of Public Relations and Enrolments, Deputy Pastoral Care, Deputy Principal, Executive Strategist and 2IC to the Principal at St Luke’s. He has written several internationally published books on parenting, marriage and the Christian faith, and he has most recently served as the Chairman of the NSW Deputy Principal’s Network for HICES (Heads of Coeducational Independent Schools in NSW).
